UTA students who bought or renewed a policy from AIA in January 2010, may still be able to renew their current policy. Visit http://www.aiahealth.com/renew to renew your current AIA policy.

Until September 3rd, UTA students who need to buy a new policy can still buy AIA Policy 3, but only if they use a PDF application. Sorry, but only AIA Policy 3 is available to UTA students after August 16th.

Students Age 17 to 24 : $195

Students Age 25 to 29 : $275

Students Age 30 to 34 : $355

Students Age 35 to 39 : $500

You will also need to download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader (Version 9.3.3) to use the new PDF form. Previous versions of Adobe Reader and alternative PDF readers will not work with this new PDF application.
